Trick or Treat at 35,000 feet

As you know, we’re always looking for ways to make fun flying again but sometimes the best ideas come from our guests. As trick or treaters took to the streets of neighborhoods across the country last night, it may have seemed that people who had to take flights in the evening were missing out on all the fun. Not in the case of our guests onboard VX357, a BOS-SFO service.

One of our guests, who we think may now be in the running for “Dad of the Year”, made it an especially memorable Halloween for his daughter and everyone else onboard by bringing trick or treating to 35,000 ft. We think that the charming moment is best summed up by a fellow guest’s Tweet:

Joseph Jaya, our First Officer on the flight said: “It was great to see our special guest deplane with a bag of candy and a huge smile on her face! I added to her collection and also gave her a special pin with a set of wings as a token for making our flight extra fun.” Lindsey Leon-Guerrero, our Inflight Team Leader added: I always love seeing parents create ‘wow’ moments for their kids, especially on board our flights.”

Halloween has always been one of our favorite holidays, but we have to give it up to this guest for creating one of our most memorable mood-lit Halloween moments.
