“We have these wonderful people who get on an airplane, and they are trusting that we are doing what we’re supposed to do, and our job is to make sure that we do everything we’re supposed to do, every day,” says Reissig, a Boise-based Customer Services Supervisor who has been with the airline for nearly 35 years.
