Los Cabos International Airport remains closed after sustaining severe damage from Hurricane Odile. Because the airport is closed, Alaska Airlines has canceled all eight flights in and out of Los Cabos scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 16. Alaska canceled 24 flights because of the hurricane.

Alaska Airlines attempted to notify customers of canceled flights by phone, text message and email, and customers are urged to check the status of their flights as soon as the airport opens and before leaving for the airport.
