360. Our flight home was wonderfully, fantastically uneventful. It was the emptiest flight I've ever seen (they had to rearrange a few people so that the plane was balanced!). Austin and I each had our own row and the kids just wandered between them. Thanks to the iPad and a never ending supply of Halloween candy, the 5 hour flight went by fast! Thanks again to @Alaskaair for helping us out! To recap: Because of Abram's hospitalization, we weren't able to make it to our original flight. We did not purchase insurance and our tickets were non-refundable. It was going to cost over $2,000 to change our tickets! After posting on IG, someone from Alaska Air reached out to be and solved our problem in literally 20 minutes. He changed our flights without an issue and we didn't have to pay a cent. I am so grateful!! #iflyalaska

  1. I love reading & viewing the customer comments & pictures????

  2. I like to be hired as a dispatcher with this airline in the future.

  3. several years ago we were late for our Alaska Airline flight from CABO to San Diego.
The plane was all buttoned up and ready to taxi, we stepped out of the terminal door, the
pilot saw us, shut down the port engine, waved us to the plane allowing us to board.
What great extra service. Bob Shuster, Escondido, CA

  4. Many, (a whole bunch) years ago I was on a flight to Seattle, from Ketchikan and was in the 1st class section and enjoyed an excellent breakfast prepared with real food!! This included Raindeer Sausage, probably the best sausage I have ever enjoyed. Probably produced just for Alaska Airlines. The whole meal would be worthy of a photo to be included in the above group (2016, year in photos) Is there anyplace that someone can order these? As a misplaced Alaskan I sorely miss the splendor of Alaska and very much enjoy every AA flight I have been on.
